We offer customized ceramic studio packages and business consulting services that take the guess work out of opening a new paint ceramic or Clay studio.

We strive to meet your needs by carrying a sufficient inventory of Ceramic Products (Bisque, Glaze & Clay) which allows us to ship your orders out promptly from our centrally located store in Louisiana.

Cancelation Policy

We understand the need to cancel an order may arise.  Therefore, orders may be cancelled up to the time that they are shipped.   Should the need to cancel arise, please contact us immediately by phone at 225-344-9831.  Please note, if you send an email to cancel your order, our staff may or may not see an email message in time to cancel the order.  We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.  There is usually a very narrow window of time to cancel an order.  Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the time received, if received by 12 PM, CST, Monday - Friday mornings.  Orders for in-stock products placed over the weekend, typically go out on the following Monday.  Once an order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.    

Please note, any orders that have been special ordered for you, will not be eligible for cancellation.  Special order items do take longer to ship.

Return Policy


We must be contacted prior to a return being sent back to us. 

Please call us to obtain Return Authorization prior to shipping any merchandise back to us.

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be initiated within 3 business days of merchandise receipt.

We will likely not ask you to return any damaged product.  So please do not ship anything back to us without speaking to a customer service representative first. 

We do not pay shipping costs for items sent back to us.  If you receive something damaged in shipping, we will either issue a refund or reship the items to you. 

We will ask for photos of any damaged goods.  These are necessary for us to be able to file a claim with the shipper. 

We do not process returns on special order items.

Discrepancy Policy

Always inspect your packages upon receipt.  If we made an error when processing your order, then we will certainly correct our mistake at no further cost to you.  You will need to notify us within 3 business days of receipt of your order should you find a discrepancy. 

Damage Policy 

Always inspect your packages upon receipt.  If your merchandise arrives damaged, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company.  Therefore, we need to be notified within 3 business days of the receipt of your shipment.   We will also need to ask that you send photos of the damaged items.   It is also helpful to have photos of any damage to the outside of the box.  Once you have provided the necessary documentation for the damages, we will process the claim for you.  If the item is in stock, we will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible, or we will issue a refund.
